Adv. Eldar Sivan, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology. In addition to his legal experience, Adv. Sivan held a range of senior management roles, including as VP and CEO in various hi-tech, electronics and industrial companies. He also serves as a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israeli Bar Association.

Adv. Sivan specialized in civil-commercial law, with extensive focus on business law, contracts laws, intellectual property, technology and internet.
