Adv. Kobi (Yaakov) Evrian, Co-Founder of the firm, holds a law degree (LLB) and a BA in Economics from Bar Ilan University, and is a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2006.

Adv. Evrian completed his law internship at Bar and Ofer Shafir Law Firm, and specialized in real estate, insolvency, bankruptcies, administrative law as well as litigation.

As part of his legal practice, Adv. Evrian accompanied complex real estate transactions, real estate development companies, realtors, urban renewal transactions (TAMA 38), as well as private individuals. He also specialized in providing legal support to creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, while conducting the required legal proceedings in various courts.
